Randy, Rod and I decided to head up to the high country for a Dual Sport day trip from Denver. We took the I-70 Frontage Road to Georgetown and stopped for an espresso. From there we went over 11,991 foot (3,654 meter) Loveland Pass to get into Summit County and then Peru Creek.
It was an absolutely perfect day. So much so that I was able to launch the drone to get some fantastic footage. The only obsticle was a snow drift that was a couple feet deep. Fortunately a truck had already driven through so we were able to force our way past. All three of us reflected on how fortunate we are to live in a place of such beauty. Life is good.
Hey Mike, you prob don’t remember me … knew you way back, Denver…every Christmas I think of my work party I had to go to and you were my “Date”! Pretty sure your character was a cowboy from Texas, country accent and all. (Couldn’t go with my boyfriend, he was kinda the boss, and your roommate too I think)…anyway thinking, wondering if your still traveling and writing it all down…so awesome you are, Hope you happy and well!
Peace,
Flow
